New Design is Great!
We have a previous model of this stainless steel can/dispenser and the new design is much improved!! The mechanism to open and close the door to the trash can works perfectly. It has a sleek design and doesn't take up a lot of space.

New Magnetic Latch
Love the new magnetic latch, easier to open and retrieve trash. Our wipes get stuck too, but we just cut the opening to the plastic bucket a little wider and it helps with the free movement of the wipes from the bucket. Customer service

Looks nice, functions not as nice.
When I first ordered these for our facility I was very excited. They look really nice. However, the wipes slip down all the time and I constantly have to take the lid off, pull the wipes through, and replace the lid. Probably do this 2-3 times a day on our 3 dispensers. The problem is when I am not in the office, or gone for a weekend and members think the wipes are gone because they just fell down in the dispenser. Otherwise, emptying the garbage is easy and they look good.
